Demanding
Privacy and communication, efficiency, team cooperation are the key elements to be considered by CTP. With the new office building, CTP pursues green environment and high efficiency working area.
Based on these goals, they chose us Leadex. We strongly recommended our MDS desking system and C60 partition system, as MDS and C60 delivers solution for above demand perfectly. At the same time, the design and the aesthetic feeling of MDS and C60 can fit the appeals of the CTP.
We first is to communicate with CTP repeatedly and get information. Then we carry out the design with the staff of CTP. By MDS desking system and C60 partition system, we gave solutions for the staff space and manager space. These products deliver high working efficiency for each character and create elegant atmosphere.

Network results shows design of workplace can affect personal mood and work process. A motivational space should support pressure releasing. A good working environment should support team working, encourage communication, respect privacy.

Leadex’s final design is to divide the staff space into different group for different team. In the team space, it allows tightly communication between members and their leader, and each member has its privacy space. In CTP, their staff have to communicate with customer frequently and offer tailored lending plan. So they require individual space. Therefore Leadex recommended our C60 screen system, in order to achieve the best balance team cooperates with personal privacy.

New offices use size smaller, but effective configuration. Suspended CPU holder releases space. For the team leader, we offered more workspace. Each team leading is coming with fixing pedestal which allows better organization of documents.
To sum up, the new workplace supports individual’s independent work and encourages communication. More important is that the new space increases efficiency immediately. People communicates frequently and works closely.
